Shipping charge is based on final weight and size of packed order. Shipping rates are a direct charge from the courier for international shipping.
All orders from outside of Japan do not include Japanese Consumption Tax but will be charged a 7% packaging/handling fee, calculated by the total amount of you final invoice.
We are not responsible for any charges or duties/taxes from customs clearance etc. Please consult with your post office for more information about incoming packages from Japan.

Terms of payment
Final payment due in full once the order is finalized. Once payment is confirmed and cleared, the order is sent from JAPAN.
How to Order
Orders are taken via our online shop, telephone/fax and mail order (direct email).
Shipping timeframe
Delivery times depend on shipping method. We require express mail service (EMS) for all orders by default unless otherwise specified. EMS includes package tracking and basic insurance. EMS generally takes up to five business days for delivery to anywhere in the world.

Exchanges/returns/cancellations
There are no returns or exchanges accepted unless the item ordered has a factory-defect. We do our best to completely inspect each item prior to packaging. However, in any such case, please contact us immediately after you receive your package so we can assist you with resolving any issue. Please note if your order is damaged in transit, you much make a claim with your post office.
